This message is to remind you that our class assignment day is Thursday, August 7th from 8:00a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00p.m. – 6:00 p.m for our kindergarten-fifth grade students. [This does not apply to 4K or Preschool students.]
You must bring your electric or water bill for proof of residence on August 7th in order to receive your child’s class assignment.
Also, please remember to complete the on-line InfoSnap registration before August 7th. You should have received an email from the district office last weekregarding this process. This will help us update your child’s information. If you have any questions or did not receive this email from the district, please contact the school office.
Please do note that even if you do the online updating, you will still need to bring in your emergency paperwork. This was sent home in an envelope at the end of the year. We will certainly have more at class assignment day if you need them. However, if you bring them to school completed it will certainly save you time.
Remember , that you will pay class fees on this day if you did not already do so. The Lexington One fee schedule for 14-15 is:
1st-5th: $ 28.00
Eagles Fee/Gifted and Talented [gr 3-5] $20.00
You will have an opportunity to prepay for breakfast and/or lunches for your child.
***Please note that lunch fees have increased this year to $2.60.
Breakfast prices have remained the same at $1.25. You will also need to sign if you would like your child to be able to “charge” snacks to their account.
PTA will be represented on Class Assignment Day so that you may join PTA, purchase new spirit wear, sign up to volunteer , buy a yearbook, and so much more.
Our after school provider, AlphaBest will also be present if you haven’t signed up for after school care yet. Please remember, that
this is a privately owned company that is not run by the school or district. However, they have great plans for this year and I know you will want to check them out.
